Plaza Sugbu is the area in between the Magellan’s Cross kiosk (behind the Basilica) and the Cebu City Hall. This was created for rehabilitation project to ‘beautify’ the downtown district of Cebu City, renovation of Plaza Independencia and Cebu City Hall, as well as the creation of Plaza Sugbu (Cebu Plaza) and a pocket Police Station. This is a best spot for sport recreation like walking and running. Indeed a beautiful Park to relax and enjoy with the Family and Friends.
