Tagged as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Boracay Island is truly one of a kind. I was fortunate to represent Lemcon and see Boracay after its rehabilitation. It has the most breathtaking views of White Sand and Clear Waters.

An Ohio judge, born in 1857, appointed to Manila by McKinley in 1900. Ceded authority to Filipino elite, strengthened oligarchy, coined term “little brown brothers” to convey his hope to Americanize the natives.
