In the year 1580 a child was born. That child known as Sultan Mohammad Dipatuan Kudarat. Sultan Mohammad Dipatuan Kudarat became the greatest Muslim leader ruled over his Sultanate of Maguindanao in a span of 52 years (1619-1671). He is also most powerful Sultan of Mindanao. There is one of famous Speech of Sultan Kudarat. That Speech penetrates the innermost feelings of his countrymen that aroused their anti-Spanish stand and Maratabat “honor”. Sultan Kudarat is relentless, cunning and sagacious Sultan. Who ravaged and conquered many parts of the Philippines from the authority of Spain and persecuted many Spanish friars. In the year 1671 Sultan Kudarat died but he died as a victorious lider.
